The Employee Meetup is a formal or casual gathering organized by the company to bring together the employees of PT. Vadhana International. The event aims to strengthen working relationships, foster collaboration, and increase employee engagement with the company. This event also serves as a joint iftar and Chinese New Year celebration, to be held on February 23, 2026.

Futsal is a sport enjoyed by people from all walks of life, from children to adults. Therefore, the 2025 Mini Soccer Tournament was organized with the aim of fostering camaraderie and building closer relationships among employees of PT Vadhana International. Until now, employees from different regions where PT Vadhana International operates in the oil and gas sector have not had the opportunity to get to know one another.  

To strengthen bonds and foster a sense of camaraderie among employees, PT Vadhana International organized a Fun Badminton Tournament. This event aimed to create a more cohesive work environment, promote sportsmanship, and support employees’ health and fitness through enjoyable physical activity. In addition, the tournament served as an opportunity to pursue hobbies and strengthen relationships between departments in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm.

To commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Vadhana International organized various competitions that were enthusiastically participated in by all employees. These activities not only served as an opportunity to celebrate Independence Day but also as a means to strengthen camaraderie, unity, and solidarity among employees. The diverse competitions were organized in an engaging and spirited manner, creating a more friendly, enjoyable, and joyful work atmosphere. Through these activities, the company hopes that the spirit of independence, sportsmanship, cooperation, and togetherness will continue to grow and become part of a positive workplace culture. PT Vadhana International held a blood drive on May 14, 2025, as an expression of the company’s social responsibility and commitment to making a positive contribution to the community. Employees participated enthusiastically in this event as a tangible demonstration of their compassion and spirit of giving. This blood drive is part of the company’s social agenda, which is carried out regularly to foster a culture of compassion, solidarity, and a spirit of giving—both within the workplace and toward those in need in the community.

As part of its commitment to employee health and well-being, PT Vadhana International organized a free eye exam event for all employees in collaboration with PBEC Hospital on May 8, 2025, at the Vadhana Pekanbaru Office. This event aims to help employees detect eye health issues at an early stage and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining eye health, particularly for employees whose work involves extensive use of digital devices or requires visual precision. Through this initiative, the company hopes to encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle and create a work environment that supports the health, productivity, and well-being of all employees. This free eye exam program is a tangible demonstration of PT Vadhana International’s commitment to the health and well-being of its employees.
